Café Solana - Ocotepeque, Honduras

This coffee, with its rich notes of citrus and strawberry, comes from the Ocotepeque department in southern Honduras. Grown in the shade of forests teeming with fruit trees, the Cafesmo cooperative’s plots are protected by the country’s highest peaks, on the border with El Salvador and Guatemala.
